The members of the Task Force who stand to profit from tearing down existing apartments and rebuilding lower-density, less affordable housing have put forward a plan that will use our money to benefit them. But if more voices are involved, we have a unique opportunity as a city to lead the way by finding solutions to a complex issue facing most cities in America.
